Refund Policy

Order finality, claim windows, and how lost or damaged shipments are handled.

At Sovereign Peptides LLC, we are committed to providing quality-tested research products and accurate order fulfillment.

Please review this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Sovereign Peptides LLC are considered final.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except as expressly described in this policy.

No Order Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted and payment has been received, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before completing checkout.

Lost Shipments

If a package appears to be lost during transit, customers must contact:

support@sovereignpeptides.us

Our team may review carrier tracking information and investigate the situation as appropriate.

Any replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution shall be determined solely at the discretion of Sovereign Peptides LLC.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval of a refund, replacement, or credit.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact:

support@sovereignpeptides.us

within seven (7) days of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographs of the shipping box
  • Photographs of the shipping label
  • Photographs of packaging materials
  • Photographs of the product received
  • Any additional information reasonably requested by our support team

Any replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution shall be determined solely at the discretion of Sovereign Peptides LLC.

Packages Marked Delivered

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sovereign Peptides LLC is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Missing packages marked delivered
  • Mailbox theft
  • Porch theft
  • Delivery location disputes

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for shipments that show a confirmed delivery status from the carrier.

Customer Change of Mind

Refunds, returns, exchanges, and credits will not be provided because a customer:

  • No longer wants the product
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Changed their mind
  • No longer requires the product
  • Failed to review product information before purchase

Incorrect Product Ordered by Customer

Customers are responsible for verifying their order before checkout.

If a customer orders the wrong product, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided.

Fulfillment Errors

If Sovereign Peptides LLC ships an incorrect product due to an internal fulfillment error, customers must contact support within seven (7) days of delivery.

Upon verification of the error, Sovereign Peptides LLC may provide a replacement or other resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders shipped to the address provided during checkout will be considered properly fulfilled.

Refunds, returns, replacements, or credits will not be provided for packages affected by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.

Refused Deliveries

Customers who refuse delivery of a shipment are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits.

Opened Products

For quality control, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Any product that has been opened, altered, tampered with, or otherwise modified is ineligible for any return or refund request.

Claim Submission Deadline

All shipping, delivery, damage, fulfillment, or order-related claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of the carrier's recorded delivery date.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied at the sole discretion of Sovereign Peptides LLC.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Sovereign Peptides LLC and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or transaction reversal.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or attempts to reverse legitimate transactions may result in:

  • Refusal of future service
  • Submission of supporting documentation to payment processors
  • Collection efforts where permitted by law
  • Legal action where appropriate

Sovereign Peptides LLC reserves all rights available under applicable law regarding disputed transactions.

Fraud Prevention

Sovereign Peptides LLC reserves the right to deny any claim, refund request, replacement request, or credit request where fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity is suspected.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • False damage claims
  • False lost package claims
  • False delivery claims
  • Altered documentation
  • Misrepresentation of facts
  • Abuse of refund policies

Customers engaging in such conduct may be permanently refused future service.

Research Use Notice

All products sold by Sovereign Peptides LLC are intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes.

Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, medical use, or any prohibited application.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
